I hear ya, Lucy! If it’s not the weight creep, it’s the wrinkles.
Then there are things that happen as we age — or so the conventional wisdom would have you believe.
Disease finds us. Our mental faculties leave us.
Knees go, backs ache, and little by little, the person staring back at us in the mirror is someone old.
I’m not here to tell you that things don’t change or that there won’t be aches and pains, wrinkles, and feelings of “I hate this aging thing.”
For the record, I say that regularly, but mostly because I know I have less time left than I’ve already spent.
And I don’t want to miss a minute battling illness or being sidelined by an injury.
Aging happens, but it doesn’t have to ruin your life.
In the weeks to come, I’ll be sharing what I’ve learned from years of research, testing, and applying the best that science has to offer when it comes to longevity.
It’s a mind, body and soul approach.
