For the past 17 years I’ve been researching the answers, looking for the truth for myself and the many women at midlife and beyond that I’ve coached.
I studied – and tried – almost every diet and read hundreds of books on health during that time. I’ve joined challenges and programs from top nutritionists and lifestyle experts.
Some were solid, science-based. Some were a lot of nonsense designed to sell equipment, supplements, and videos.
Now, I have nothing against those things. I use supplements, I have lots of equipment – some I use, some is in the loser graveyard – and I do all of my yoga and core classes on video or streaming.
What I guess I want you to hear is that, you don’t need those things to feel great and stay healthy for the decades ahead.
