Hey woman, you with the aging body, how’s it going so far?

That’s up to you to decide. I’m an 80/20 kind of girl, and it’s proven to be successful for me and the hundreds of women I’ve worked with over the years.

As a healthy 60-something who started her health coaching practice during perimenopause, I’ve got this “change and adapt” thing down to a science.
And I’m still doing it every week on my podcast.
One thing has changed during those years. 20 years ago, science determined that in diseases like heart disease, diabetes, some cancers, and other problems that come with aging, lifestyle was 60% to blame.
Now, in 2022, it’s 80%!
How we do our days will either keep us healthy or make it easier for our bodies to succumb to problems that will rob us of our vitality, mobility, and enthusiasm for life.

How does the program work?
- To begin with, there are questions. I’ve created an easy-to-follow online assessment. Your answers will give me insight into what you do each day. Some of the questions will tell me how you see yourself, your health, and your life, right now.
- Next stop is a Zoom meeting, just you and me. I’ll go over your answers within the framework of the Power of 5. (If you haven’t already, sign up for the 5 day email training.)
You’ll walk away with clarity about your choices and how you are thinking about yourself and aging. (Yes mindset is key to aging in good health)You’ll also have a plan to get you started on the changes you need to make to not only feel better now, but prime your body for the changes up ahead.Nothing major – all-or-nothing rarely works – small changes work best. But, if you are that rare bird that all-or-nothings-it successfully, I’ll give you the accelerated plan.
- We’ll schedule our next call for 2 weeks out.
- You’ll get emails with support information and resources 3 times per week.
- You will have unlimited access to me via email and Voxer.
At the end of 30 days you will know yourself better, know what your body wants to run on all cylinders.
